For construction waste, the most important factor is the material weight. Concrete is significantly heavier than drywall, and at the Silluse 1 waste facility the disposal fee depends exactly on the material weight (155€ + VAT/t for mixed construction waste).
We do not add surprise fees for missing elevators or a fifth floor. You pay a fixed price only for the work performed and the actual material.

Waste codes and certificates
All mixed construction and demolition waste (code 17 09 04) and heavy mineral materials (code 17 01 01) are transported directly to the Silluse 1 waste facility. We do not use middlemen or random helpers.
For every load, we issue an official disposal certificate based on Environmental Board permit JÄ/334804. This document confirms that your waste has been handled legally. It is required both when handing over a construction site and during apartment association audits.
