How it works

You send photos. Send photos of the apartment, the larger furniture, the access, the staircase and, if relevant, the basement or storage room.

You get a price. We give the price before work starts. If the volume is unclear from photos, we come and look.

We arrive. The crew and van arrive at the agreed time. You do not need to prepare the furniture or carry anything outside.

We take large furniture apart when needed. Wall units, beds, wardrobes or other large items are dismantled when needed to get them out of the apartment and staircase.

We carry and load. Furniture, appliances and surplus items are carried out of the apartment and loaded.

We set personal items aside. Documents, photos, keys and other personal finds are separated during the work.

We leave the apartment empty. The apartment is left empty and swept, ready for sale, renovation or handover.

Tallinn apartment buildings are not always easy
Many inherited apartments are in older buildings with narrow staircases, no lift, limited parking or full basement storage cages. We bring the crew, tools and van, and handle the carrying.

We set personal items aside
We do not blindly throw everything away. If we find documents, photos, keys, jewellery, cash or other clearly personal items during the work, we set them aside.
On request, we can send photos after the job and give an overview of what was set aside.
Invoice and waste permit
We issue an invoice. A confirmation of disposal is available on request.
