1. General Terms
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between you (hereinafter "Client") and Gologlogistic OÜ (registry code EE101962759, address Tallinn, Estonia). Using our services means you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Golog provides waste removal, furniture removal, moving, and cargo transport services in Tallinn and Harju County.
2. Service Description
2.1. Services offered:
- Furniture removal and disposal
- Mixed waste removal
- Construction waste removal
- Appliance removal
- Apartment and house clearance
- Small moves and cargo transport
2.2. Service includes:
- Transport with appropriate vehicle
- Loading and unloading (if needed)
- Waste delivery according to law
- Initial price quote
3. Client Obligations
The Client must:
- Provide accurate and complete information when ordering
- Ensure free access to the loading location (parking, elevator, pathway)
- Confirm there are no prohibited or dangerous materials
- Follow instructions necessary for safe and quick service
- Pay for services on time
If the Client fails to fulfill their obligations, Golog has the right to charge additional fees or cancel the order.
4. Pricing and Payments
4.1. Price quotes:
- Initial quote is free and valid for 7 days
- Quote is based on Client-provided information
- Price depends on volume, distance, and complexity
4.2. Additional fees:
- Additional work due to incorrect information
- Unexpected obstacles (parking issues, no elevator)
- Prohibited waste (chemicals, medical, explosives)
4.3. Payment terms:
- Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, or invoice
- Due date: immediately upon service or 14 days from invoice date
- Late payment interest: 0.5% per day
5. Order Cancellation
5.1. Client cancellation:
- 24 hours before service – free
- 12-24 hours before – 50% of service fee
- Less than 12 hours before – 100% of service fee
5.2. Golog cancellation:
- In case of force majeure – offer alternative
- In bad weather – rescheduled time
- Complete cancellation – refund all payments made
6. Liability and Limitations
6.1. Golog's liability:
- We are a registered carrier
- Liability for damages up to 10,000 euros
- Full liability for team actions
6.2. Liability limitations:
- Not responsible for concealed or incorrect information
- Not responsible for third-party actions
- Not responsible in case of force majeure
- Maximum liability is the service fee
7. Prohibited Goods and Materials
We do not transport the following goods and materials:
- Hazardous waste (chemicals, oils, paints)
- Medical waste (medications, syringes)
- Explosive materials
- Vehicles (without special permits)
- Live animals and plants
- Illegal or stolen items
If goods are concealed and discovered only during loading, Golog has the right to refuse service and demand compensation for incurred costs.
8. Force Majeure
Golog is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations if this is due to:
- Bad weather (storms, snowstorms, thunderstorms)
- Natural disasters
- Government orders
- Traffic accidents
- Technical failures
In such cases, we will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer an alternative solution.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, texts, images, design) is the property of Golog OÜ and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we try to resolve it through negotiation:

- If no solution, we may turn to conciliation
- Finally, disputes are resolved in Harju County Court
All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect from the publication date. Significant changes will also be communicated by email.
